Licensed and Insured.
In 2019 we were truly feeling like the only place to go was up. So naturally we received our Part 107 drone operator’s license. This test is not easy, it requires extensive study and respect for the source material. It teaches you the risks involved and how to avoid them as well as what and what not to do.
In addition to the license, we also carry aerial liability insurance. It is activated at the start of every flight ensuring peace of mind when sending an expensive piece of equipment souring through the air.
The test, as necessary as it is, does not teach you how to fly a drone. It familiarizes you with FAA rules and regulations as well as weather, airspace, and restrictions. The creativity and skill are up to the pilot. Flying was a natural thing for us, it adds production value and creative flair to any video. Flying a drone can show the scope of a construction project from a wider perspective, display the grand beauty of a home or commercial property, or it can add dynamic to your product.
Whatever the use, there’s no doubt that adding drone footage to your video is a creative edge that you won’t want to pass up.
